I disagree that technology is more a boon than a bane to society. Users nowadays especially teenagers often misuse technology thus take advantage of technology that make them phsically and mentally addicted. For example, instead of using the internet to do projects or online assignments, they surf the net to play games, chat on Facebook, blog etc for their personal needs. Therefore, I think that technology may not be a boon to society.

I do agree that technology is more a boon than a bane to society. Technology like mobile phones can help us when we are in need for help or in danger. For example, when we are in danger like a fire stuation, we can immediately call for help from the fire department. Therefore, technology is an advantage to society.
